My career runs the full arc of American pharmacy and healthcare. I started behind the counter at Walgreens and went on to own the consolidated P&L for a national, 103-location pharmacy platform across 40 states, architect Walgreens' health-system services program across 250+ hospitals, lead 11 national markets at Capsule — one of the fastest-growing venture-backed digital health companies in the U.S. — and found, scale, and successfully sell HealthMobile / CareContinuum Healthcare, a mobile healthcare and 340B pharmacy integration platform, in 2025.
Along the way I've acquired, managed, or developed more than 250 independent pharmacies; achieved URAC Specialty Pharmacy accreditation; negotiated PBM and PSAO contracts; run central fill, long-term care, specialty, and mobile operations; and led enterprise-scale public health programs during the pandemic.
Today I'm founder and CEO of Veridex, building privacy-safe data infrastructure so independent pharmacies can reclaim their data and the margin that rides on it, and fractional COO of Frontline Healthcare Holdings, an international multi-segment healthcare platform. I write about pharmacy data economics for Pharmacy Times.
The through-line: I build operating models, teams, and playbooks that outlast me.
